Hello, I'm Alê, creator of Barroca Ateliê and I want you to know a little of my history.

In 2016, at Christmas, I made my first amigurumi, a Santa Claus for my son, which delighted everyone who saw it and since then I have not stopped with my creations.

The Baroque studio like any business, was born out of a dream, an old passion, crochet and baroque art.

I learned the art of looping watching my mother crochet when I was a child, and what started as a joke and admiration, today has become one of my passions.

In many trips to colonial Brazil and all my experience with Baroque art and its color palette that influenced and inspired my study of colorimetry, and later for the creation of my dolls.

The world of Amigurumi enchanted me, love was the first loop, characters were born and came to life, leading dreams and inspiring other people.

And today I have the opportunity to share my knowledge with you!
